Subject to Stock Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available items and notify you of any backordered products.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping fees are collected during purchase and are final.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued as store credit. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

Note: Refunds cover the value of returned goods but exclude original shipping costs.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are valid within 90 days of receiving the item. Customers must prepay return shipping, which will be reimbursed if the claim is approved.

Upon receiving the item, we’ll process the warranty claim within 7 business days. You can choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).

Delivery addresses can be updated before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

Shipments to military addresses use USPS.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

Items that are out of stock will be shipped once restocked.
